Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before agreeing to dog waste
removal services from Doggy Poop Pros LLC.
Terms of Service (Effective 3.3.24)
Doggy Poop Pros LLC, an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we,” or “our”), offers pet waste removal services to residences, businesses, and commercial properties. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”), which govern the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). Acceptance of the Services you hire us for binds you to these Terms.
Customers acknowledge that our ability to provide the Services is subject to various factors including weather conditions, grass height, organic or household debris, snow, slush, ice, and other external influences that may affect access to your yard. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure access to the yard is unimpeded.
Doggy Poop Pros provides dog waste removal services for both residential and commercial properties. Our range of services includes Initial Cleaning, Spring Cleaning, Once a Week Service, Every Other Week Service, Monthly Service, and well as maintenance of HOA or Municipal pet waste stations. All dog waste will be put inside the customer’s garbage bin. Pricing is calculated based on an area size equivalent to 1/8th of an acre and how many dogs. Larger residential and commercial properties may incur an additional charge.
Yard Access
Customers acknowledge that if Doggy Poop Pros is unable to access the area requiring cleaning due to locked, blocked, or frozen gates, or the presence of dogs in the yard, the scooping service will be skipped, and charges will still apply. In the event of a skipped service, and if the service plan remains active, the area will be cleaned on the subsequent visit. Doggy Poop Pros recommends including gate combinations or lock keys in your file to prevent gate access issues.
Weather
Doggy Poop Pros is dedicated to servicing your yard even in adverse weather conditions such as rain and cold, provided it’s safe to do so. However, we cannot operate during severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, or heavy snow accumulation. Please be aware that Doggy Poop Pros operates on a monthly, once a week, biweekly subscription, and one time service basis. We do not provide refunds for missed weeks due to weather. In such cases, we will skip service for that week and resume the following week. No refunds will be issued because we still need to complete the cleanup work from the missed week, which may require additional time in your yard.
Holidays
Doggy Poop Pros does not offer services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. If your scheduled pickup day falls on any of these holidays, we will skip service for that week and resume the following week. Please note that there are no refunds for missed pickups. Despite the skipped service, we will still carry out the necessary work to clean up all waste accumulated from the previous week, which may result in extended time spent in your yard.
Billing
Doggy Poop Pros LLC utilizes a pre-billing system for our services, akin to gym memberships and other monthly subscriptions. Your credit card will be automatically charged between the 22nd and 29th of each month. Subsequently, you will receive a “paid invoice” statement via email every month. In the event of a declined payment, we will temporarily suspend service until the matter is resolved. If 30 days elapse since your last cleaning, a Initial Clean Up fee will be incurred.
Leaves, Debris And Tall Grass
“We strive to consistently clean your yard to the best of our ability. We recognize that maintaining a yard can be challenging, and it may not always be in optimal condition. Customers understand that locating dog waste can be difficult in tall grass or yards cluttered with leaves or debris. If your grass exceeds ankle height upon our arrival, there’s a possibility that some dog waste may be overlooked. However, any missed waste will be promptly addressed during our next scheduled visit, assuming yard maintenance has been completed.”
Privacy Policy
“We might gather personal data from you through our websites or any other digital or personal interactions. This information, provided voluntarily by you, may encompass details such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address. Additionally, our websites may gather general details about the services you’re seeking, including property type, area requiring service, pet type and quantity, as well as general pet behavior.
The collection of your information serves the purpose of facilitating our services to you. We utilize user data for various business-related activities, with a strict policy of internal use only. Rest assured, we do not engage in the sale or dissemination of your personal information to third parties.
On occasion, we may share user information with third-party service providers or vendors for tasks such as payment processing, communication, data tracking, system maintenance, or development. Furthermore, we may disclose your personal data in response to lawful requests from law enforcement agencies or legal processes, as necessary to protect our legal rights or defend against legal claims, or as mandated by applicable laws.”
Revisions
“Doggy Poop Pros offers the aforementioned services to you under the condition of our Terms, which may undergo yearly amendments without prior notification. Any modifications will become effective upon their posting on our website. We advise you to regularly visit our sites to stay informed about any changes in our policies. Your ongoing use of our services implies your acceptance of any alterations to the Terms. Additionally, certain provisions within these terms of use might be overridden by notices or provisions published elsewhere on our site.”
Shut Down
We retain the authority to completely suspend operations during the period between Christmas and New Year’s Day, as well as for any other occasions such as business meetings, vacations, or family emergencies. In the event of such shutdowns, we will make every effort to keep you informed via email, phone calls, or text messages.
Additional Fees
A late payment fee of $10 is added to each bill that is late after 7 days from the invoice due date. Payment is due the 1st of each month for the recurring plan. Bill becomes late on the 3rd of each month for recurring plans. A late fee of 5% of the total outstanding balance will be charged daily for each day the payment is overdue. Late fees will begin to accrue on the day immediately following the due date of the invoice. The daily interest will be calculated based on the outstanding balance as of the end of each day. Interest will continue to accrue on the outstanding balance until the full payment is received. Any payments received will first be applied to outstanding interest charges, then to the principal balance. If the overdue balance remains unpaid for an extended period, Doggy Poop Pros LLC reserves the right to escalate the matter to a collection agency. In such cases, the client will be responsible for any additional collection costs incurred.
Liability
Doggy Poop Pros does not accept liability for any damage to yards, gates, pets, or properties. By requesting our service, both parties acknowledge and agree to these terms and responsibilities.
Service Agreement
Customers will receive a service agreement via email prior to the commencement of services. This agreement will encompass service specifics, dates, estimated time frames, approximate costs, and contact details. Doggy Poop Pros LLC reserves the right to modify schedules due to alterations in service routes. Any alterations to service times, dates, or prices will be communicated to customers via email.
Payment Deadline
Payment must be made in full at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date to ensure service availability.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit/debit card or through our online payment platform. Details for payment will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Late Payments
Any payments received after the 24-hour deadline may result in a delay or cancellation of the scheduled service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date to avoid any cancellation fees. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the payment.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in cases where Doggy Poop Pros LLC is unable to provide the agreed-upon service. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the the scheduled service date. Stripe processing fees: Stripe charges a processing fee of 2.9% + 30 cents per successful charge for domestic cards. These fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Payment Confirmation
Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address, confirming the booking and payment details.
Additionally Charges
After the first hour, an additional 50 dollars per hour would be incurred until the job is done, or another plan can be chosen to come finish the work at another time.
Terms and Conditions
By making payment for our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above and in our term of service agreement.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If for any reason, Client is not completely satisfied with any Service Client receives, Service Provider will do its best to revisit the same day. Revisit requests must be made within 24 hours after completion of the last Service, after which all work is final and no revisits will be provided free of charge. Service Provider always does its best to work with Client to resolve any issue to Client’s satisfaction within the guidelines of these Terms of Service.
